30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To qualify, the item must be in its original condition: unused, with all original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Email our team at support@genixair.com to initiate a return. Once approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions for sending the item back. Do not send any items without prior return approval—they will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
We accept returns for Device only (not accessories) within 30 days of receipt if they meet one of the following conditions:
- Unopened: Still in factory-sealed packaging with all components intact.
- Opened but incorrect/defective: Received wrong item or a defective product.
Note: For opened defective items, photo or video proof is required and must be submitted within the return window.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Personal care products (e.g., nasal tubes)
- Hazardous goods, flammable liquids or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
- All accessories
Exchanges
To avoid issues, please contact us before placing your order if you’re unsure. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to make adjustments. Once the item is shipped, exchanges become more complex.
Return & Exchange Costs
Unless the issue is due to a quality defect, return/exchange costs include:
- Shipping fees: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Service fee: 20% of your original payment (covers depreciation and handling costs)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
