Warranty Coverage
Your Genixair oxygen concentrator is protected by a limited one-year warranty from the date of receipt. During this period, we will provide free repairs for any performance issues caused by manufacturing defects under standard use. This ensures your device is free from material or workmanship faults during normal operation.
Note: Consumable items — including tubes, filters, connectors, and similar accessories — are not included under this warranty. While we guarantee their quality at purchase, these components are naturally subject to regular wear.
What Is Not Covered
- Routine Wear: Regular maintenance, expected wear, and part replacements due to typical use.

Improper Use or Storage: Including but not limited to:
- Damage from impact, drops, or pressure
- Contact with smoke, liquids, dust, food, insects, or animals
- Use in overly hot, humid, or otherwise extreme environments
- Commercial or Abnormal Usage: Operation outside home/personal use or under conditions beyond the device’s intended function.
- Neglected Maintenance: Failure to perform required care as outlined in the user manual.
- Unauthorized Service: Modifications, repairs, or disassembly by any third party not authorized by Genixair.
Filing a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service, please email support@genixair.com within the coverage period. Include the following:
- Your proof of purchase
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos if applicable
Once received, our support team will assess the issue and guide you through the next steps. This may involve guided troubleshooting, replacement of specific components, or — if needed — a full repair or replacement unit.
Shipping Costs:
- You are responsible for sending the unit to our service center.
- Genixair covers return shipping for repaired or replacement items.
Additional Terms
- Non-Transferable: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. A valid proof of purchase and ID may be required to verify eligibility.
- We recommend inspecting your product within 48 hours of delivery and before first use.
