Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order is confirmed, we aim to process and dispatch it within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After shipment:
- Oxygen concentrators: arrive in approximately 5–7 business days
- Accessories/parts: typically arrive within 7–15 business days
Need it sooner? Choose our expedited delivery option for arrival in 3–5 business days for just $19.99.
In rare cases of high order volume or unexpected courier issues, delays may occur. If your item hasn’t arrived after 20 days, please contact support@genixair.com for immediate assistance.
Shipping Rates
- United States: FREE shipping for orders over $49; otherwise, a $9.99 fee applies
- Canada: $29.99 shipping fee
- Europe & Mexico: $49.99 shipping fee
- India & Nepal: $69.99 shipping fee
- Other regions: $99.99 shipping fee — please email us at support@genixair.com to confirm deliverability
All international shipments are handled under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms — all taxes and duties are included in your final payment. If any additional import fees are unexpectedly requested, contact our support team for help.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship to the following regions:
- Contiguous United States (excludes Hawaii & Alaska)
- Canada
- Most European countries
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, B.F.P.O., or A.P.O. addresses. Please ensure you provide a full physical address. If your address needs to be changed after placing the order, email our support team within 48 hours of payment for assistance.
Shipping Methods & Insurance
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and DHL. Every shipment is insured until successful delivery. If a delivery attempt fails, UPS may retry the next business day. You may also arrange pickup at a local UPS Access Point if preferred.
Important: If you authorize the courier to leave your package unattended (e.g., at your front door), insurance will no longer cover loss or theft. In such cases, Genixair is not responsible for missing items.
Track Your Order
After shipping, we’ll send you a tracking email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update. Didn’t receive tracking details? Email support@genixair.com and we’ll help right away.
What If My Package Arrives Damaged?
If your order arrives visibly damaged, take clear photos and email us immediately at support@genixair.com along with your order number. We recommend refusing the delivery so we can investigate and assist you promptly.
